Tubing Fun

This weekend we had so much fun.  One of my best friends Bryce and her new hubby Rob invited us to go tubing!  We drove about an hour to Midway to a place called Soldier Hollow.  For those of you that have never gone before, it is a must.  Being from North Carolina, I had never done it before so I was not sure quite what to expect.  It was a freaking blast!  We had so much fun the four of us.  

 The slopes didn't look that intense from the bottom of the hill, but once you got to the top they were a bit more intimidating!  That didn't keep us from getting a running start and going down face first on our bellies.

Such a good time with fun friends!  Now we can check tubing off our list of things to do.  I have to admit when it comes to the cold I am a bit of a complainer (I am a Southerner give me some slack) but I was having so much fun the whole time I didn't even notice the freezing temps.  Everyone go get some snow pants and grab some friends and go tubing!

I Succumbed to Blogging...

      Hey everybody!  I don't know if anybody is reading this, or if anybody even really gives a darn toot.  But I am doing this mainly for me and writing makes me happy and being expressive and creative and all that jazz.  Plus, do I really need to explain myself to you all?  Women empowerment for the win.  Writing has always been a hobby of mine.  And if you don't like what I post then the great thing about technology is I am just a click away and poof I am gone.  Hat's off to ya.  To those who stick around, I commend you brave souls. :)  Seeing the inner workings of my brain will be an exciting/scary ride!
